24/7 PSW care
Whp we often refer to as our Pretty Special Workers. Our staff are certified and insured.
Personal care
Assistance with bathing, showering, toileting, incontinent care, dressing, and overall personal hygiene. We also support with other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as positioning, transferring, and daily ambulation or walks. Additionally, we provide assistance with stocking application/removal, prosthetic care, hearing aid support (storage, battery changes, and cleaning not included), catheter care (emptying, cleaning, and changing the bag), ostomy care (emptying, cleaning, and changing the bag), and bedsheet changes/laundry.
Medication reminders and assistance
Timely reminders and guidance, enabling you to manage your medication schedule and remain engaged
in your care.
Post hospital/rehab recovery support
Tailored assistance to help you transition smoothly from medical care to home life. Our services focus on providing the support and care needed to aid your recovery, ensuring a safe and effective return to daily routines.
Vacation coverage for family caregivers

Income tax receipts
These receipts are designed to simplify your tax filing process by documenting the expenses related to caregiving. This ensures you have accurate and organized records for potential deductions or reimbursements, helping you manage your finances efficiently.
Companion care
Accompaniment on vacations/holidays within Canada or internationally, including walks along the shores of Lake Ontario, theatre and outings, socialization, and errands.

Private insurance billing (if applicable)

No HST with Ontario Health atHome
No HST applies if you are covered by Ontario Health atHome. This means you can benefit from our services without additional tax costs, making your care more affordable while maximizing the value of your health coverage.
